East Malaysia orders – RM15

*Free shipping is available in WM for orders above RM120 and EM for orders above RM200.

We currently offer free shipping within West Malaysia for orders above RM120 and East Malaysia for orders above RM200.

All our bows are handmade to order and will be sent within 3-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However please check social media or store announcements before ordering as we may change this if we are busy, on holiday, etc.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received any tracking after 7 days, please check your spam/junk mailbox or reach out to us as soon as you can on contact us page or athay_babybow@outlook.com.

All sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

We cannot make any amendments to orders once they are successfully processed.
