What is your return policy?

All merchandise purchased is marked as final and is NOT ELIGIBLE for returns and/or refunds. Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available for items that have defects. If you have received a defective item, please ensure that the product is unused with no additional damage and remains in its original packaging with no evidence of service, alteration, or blemishes of any kind. Exchanges, refunds and returns are not allowed for a change of mind, design, colour, or quantity.
